From SPHS:
The summer reading requirement for incoming freshmen is the same as last year - everyone must read a book of their choosing. We are offering 25 staff-led summer reading groups this year, including books in French and Portuguese. Students can join a staff-led group and meet for one hour to discuss the book at the end of the summer OR they can complete an assignment of their teacher's choosing on any book they read when they return to school. 
The option to sign up for a staff-led group has expired.
