Summer Reading Lists
Laptop Inventory: All student laptops will be inventoried during the 3rd week of May.
This includes the machine, the assigned charger, and the carry case.
Students are responsible for cleaning the machine issued to them and
for the cost of any repairs needed due to negligence.

Important vaccination documentation:
All students who participated in the Influenza and/or H1N1 clinics last
fall will receive copies of forms recording these vaccinations. These
forms will be attached to students report cards. The school is mandated
by law to send 2 copies home to parents: one to be kept for your
records; the other to be given to your student’s primary care
provider. Please be sure to ask your child for this
documentation.
