PARENT NOTES:
Rippleffect Parent Meeting - for those students who have signed up for the winter session of Rippleffect, there is a mandatory parent meeting this Wednesday, January 11, in the Mahoney Library at 6:00. There are still spots open for this session if any student still wants to join. For more information please have your student pick up a packet in the main office or click here.
The past couple of years the PTA have asked students to sell Yankee Candle items in order to raise money. This year we have decided to do a 'No Frills' fundraiser. Many of you may be familiar with this idea. Instead of asking families to buy and sell items, we are looking for families to simply make a donation. Please click here for the details. As with any fundraiser, we thank you very much for your support!
Homework Club runs from 2:30-3:30 on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Homework club is an opportunity for students to stay after school to get help from staff members. Each day there are 2 adult to supervise and support students. Please note that only students who plan on using this time productively are welcome.
The cafeteria is open for breakfast everyday until 7:50. Please know that only those that are eating breakfast should be in the cafeteria at this time.
The chill in the air inside is an indication that cold weather is here. Please remember that students are expected to stay outside until the 7:35 bell rings. They should dress warmly or plan to arrive after 7:35.
Would you like to set up a lunch account for your student? Does your student need more money on his/her account? Head to myschoolbucks.com to take care of this!
