Tonight’s Sports:
- Indoor Track practice begins Monday, February 10th
- Swimming practice begins Thursday, February 13th.
Things to remember regarding Indoor Track and Swimming:
- To be eligible for athletics students need to maintain a 2.5 HOW average in all three HOW categories. Mr. Ouellet runs reports on Monday mornings; students and parents will be contacted if there is a concern of eligibility.
- Sport schedules can be accessed here. Parents can sign up for text/email alerts on the schedule page to be automatically notified with changes in games and practices.

The cafeteria is open for breakfast everyday until 8:25. Please know that only those that are eating breakfast should be in the cafeteria at this time.

Performance Jazz: we are heading to the District Jazz Festival Wednesday afternoon! There is an assignment that is due TODAY about this event. You will also rehearse Friday morning.
6th honors band will practice today after school and Wednesday morning this week.
Training Jazz will rehearse Thursday morning this week.
With vacation approaching, musicians must make plans to take instruments home to maintain and to practice. We have a concert on March 18!

Student Morning Announcements: Tuesday, February 11, 2020 Day 5
There will be IW for grades 6 and 8 this afternoon.
There will be yearbook after school today, Wednesday and Thursday in room 122. The Deadline is coming soon!
Wear your Mahoney gear between now and February break, Mr. Patshnik will be snapping photos of students with school spirit.
If anyone has basketball jerseys that they did not turn in to their coaches, please bring them to the office.
Swimming practice will begin on Thursday
Mahoney Peer Buddies will begin a 6 week program in February. If you like to meet new people, have fun, and have tasty snacks this may be the group for you. More information can be found in room 206 or room 215.
Mahoney is lucky enough to have a Girls on the Run team this year. It starts in March and information can be found in the main office.
