JMG would like to personally thank all the teachers who helped organize this year's talent show-Ms. Beardsley, Mrs. Barry, Mrs. Raymond, Mrs. Swenson, Mrs. Stilphen, Mr. Koelker and Mr. Donaldson! We also had a great time working with the drama club and all the performers to pull off an amazing show last Friday! JMG would also like to recognize Annika Schmitt, who came to our rescue in the final hours to help out one of our main acts! You were a life saver Annika!
Our goal was to raise $500 for the Animal Refuge League to train and certify a therapy dog for their humane education program. We are excited to report that with the help of the Mahoney students and parents, we met our goal! JMG will be giving the Animal Refuge League a grand total of $1,000 to pay for the therapy dog that will help teach students how to treat and care for animals in a safe and respectful manner!
Civil Rights Team Members - Permission Slips for the State Civil Rights Conference on May 23rd are available in the office. Civil Rights members, stop by to get a permission slip and talk to your family about going to the conference!
Spring ROLE will meet tomorrow after school for your final session before heading to Cow Island this weekend for your Expedition! Make sure you bring extra clothes to stay warm and dry Wednesday and report to room 114 right after school!
