Movement: Looking like we can get outside today. Please remember to follow adult directions, don’t throw snowballs and you are in control of the condition of your clothes and shoes after movement.l
With our boys' basketball team playing for the state championship on Saturday night, I'm encouraging all staff and students to demonstrate their support for the Red Riots by wearing red on Friday. Please spread the word in your schools and departments! We wish Coach Millington and the team best of luck on Saturday!

Outdoor Club is meeting today in RM 12. In order to participate in today’s activity you MUST have a coat, hat, gloves or mittens and waterproof boots.
Student Council will meet tomorrow morning, Wednesday, March 2nd in Ms. Schmearer’s room at 7:45 a.m. All are welcome!
Homework Club is offered on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday each week from 3-4. This is a great place to head after school to get some work done in a quiet place with a helpful adult.
The PTA craft club meets Wednesday after school - please check the google classroom today for important updates!
The school store is still looking for volunteers to run the store. Sign up in the office. The store will be opening Mid March, more info coming soon!
Shirt designs were chosen and it's time to order!! All orders are digital and you can find the ordering link on the mahoney website. Your favorite Mahoney Logos can be on a t- shirt, long sleeve or sweatshirt. Orders are open only until March 18th so the time to order is now.

Mahoney’s lost and found is located right outside the main office right next to the water fountain. There are a bunch of items both on top of and inside the red Mahoney box, if you’re missing something, check it out!
Students, charge your iPads each evening so they are ready for the day.
Students, have you checked your email lately? Please make sure you know how to access your school email, that you do check it daily--you never know what you might find!
Everyone, this is a reminder about the importance of keeping your mask on, over your mouth and nose while in the building.
Reminder that masks are only off when students are eating and drinking while sitting at their desks (not moving around the classroom or hallways).

8th Band rehearses today, 6th Band rehearses tomorrow.
All band members please bring iPads along with your instrument and music to sectionals today and Wednesday this week.
Jazz Band will rehearse Tuesday and Thursday for all members. We start at 7:45. New members are always welcome!
Honors Band will rehearse Wednesday morning starting at 7:50 and Thursday immediately after school this week. The festival is this Friday!

6th graders: Our virtual visit with Lincoln Peirce is today at 10:00. Please move quickly from your first block class to your second block class so we can start on time.

Swimming begins today 2/28.
Every athlete must have a completed online registration. Please come to the office with questions.
