Tuesday, March 22 Day 3
Movement: Field is open!
The current standings in the Reading Olympics have Mr. Heffernan’s team in first place. Many teams are close behind, so it will all come down to the door decorating. Door decorations will be judged on Thursday and Friday this week so there is still plenty of time to create an amazing door that represents your country.
Tonight is the 8th grade Transition night at SPHS! Tours start at 5:30. We are hoping everyone can attend!
Club Info:
Student Council will meet tomorrow morning, Wednesday, March 23rd, at 7:45 in Ms. Schmearer’s room, room 213. New members are welcome!
Game Club will be meeting Wednesday after school this week in Mr. Risbara's room until 3:45.
Homework Club is offered on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday each week from 3-4. This is a great place to head after school to get some work done in a quiet place with a helpful adult.
Due to family conferences, there will be NO Outdoor Club meeting this week.
The school store will be open twice a day on Mondays and Wednesdays. In the morning down by the auditorium and again by the main office with our cart of goodies at dismissal. Stop by on your way out today!
Saturday the Mahoney PTA will be at Loyal Companion from 10-1 again and hope to see you there with your pets for bow ties and bandanas!

Mahoney’s lost and found is located right outside the main office right next to the water fountain. There are a bunch of items both on top of and inside the red Mahoney box, if you’re missing something, check it out!
Students, charge your iPads each evening so they are ready for the day.
Students, have you checked your email lately? Please make sure you know how to access your school email, that you do check it daily--you never know what you might find!

Today is a 7th and 8th Grade Band. Tomorrow is 6th Grade Band.
Band members are expected to bring instruments and music to class today.
Jazz Band will rehearse this week again on Thursday for all members. We start at 7:45. New members are always welcome!

Spring sport signups are still outside the main office. Practices begin April 11th, weather dependent.
