Please go through your student’s first day packet and fill out and return the necessary forms by Friday 9/9! THANK YOU!
The 8th grade is in need of chaperones and food for the first dance of the year!
Friday, Sept. 16 6-8 p.m. (parents arrive about 5:55, snack table volunteers around 5:55)
Need chaperones for the dance, people to man the snack table, and people to provide snacks, drinks, cups, and napkins.
Parents from all grade levels welcomed!

Students, the Boys and Girls Club is closed until 9/12….Please plan for after school accordingly.
Students, our first dance of the year will be held on Friday September 16, 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. in the gym. We hope to see everyone there for this fun event!
Back to School Reminders:
School starts at 7:55
Doors open for breakfast at 7:35 and dismissal is at 2:15
Welcome back for your third day! A reminder that our doors open at 7:35 and all students are welcome to head downstairs to the cafeteria for breakfast. When the 7:50 bell rings, please head to your homeroom as our morning announcements begin at 7:55 and any students that arrive to homeroom after 7:55 will be considered late and will need a late pass from the office.
Cell Phone reminder--phones in lockers or backpacks.
School Pictures will be taken on Friday September 16th. Students, please make sure the order form gets home!
Music:
6th graders wishing to start an instrument need to see Mrs. Barry as soon as possible.
All Students, Mrs. Swenson and Mrs. Barry welcome you back, and encourage you to join band and chorus. See them this week for information!
Sports:
Fall sport sign ups are outside the Main Office. If you want to play a sport you must have a valid physical and contract turned into the office.
All those interested in playing soccer this fall, there will be a both a boys and girls soccer meeting today after school. 8th grade boys will meet in Room 114, 7th grade boys in room 111, and both the 7th and 8th grade girls will meet in the auditorium at 2:15.
For those signed up for 8th grade Field Hockey, there will be a meeting Friday after school in room 111.
