We continue to work on providing students with breakfast. Students are expected to head straight to the cafe when they enter school.
Staff, thank you for being in the hallways supervising students and encouraging them to head to their Connections rooms.
Random acts of kindness week! Students and staff, have you done a random act of kindness? Have you completed a paper strip when you have? If so, please get these to the container in the workroom. Thank you!
Students, the SPHS senior class is sponsoring a dodgeball tournament. Interested? Check out the information outside the main office and in the cafe. Use the QR code to sign up or stop by the main office to pick up a paper copy.
Prior to Connections, students should stay in their grade level hallways, please.
Students please remember to walk quietly in the hallways during the school day
Thank you for taking out your earbuds, turning off your phones and storing these items away for the day. Those who receive multiple reminders about this will lose the privilege to have these with them during the school day and will need to safely leave them in the main office for the day.
The much anticipated Mahoney Raider wear goes on sale tomorrow for 2 weeks only! The pre order is from October 14th to the 28th. Check the Mahoney website for more information on ordering!
Mahoney will be welcoming a very special author for a virtual visit at the end of the month. Just who is this author? You will have to guess. For the next five days, we will be giving you clues. Make your guesses up in the library. Get it right and you will be entered to win a prize!
Our first clue is: She has written three books for young readers.
We will be giving the NWEA this morning. Students should move to Block 3 after announcements. Teachers make sure to take your connections attendance right now and you’ll need to take block 3 attendance before your begin with the testing script.
In sports news last night:
8th Grade Boys Soccer lost 2-1 yesterday. Noah Kay scored on a pass from Levi Snyder. Jack Richambault anchored the defense.
7th grade boys beat Gorham yesterday 2-1. Goals were scored by Lucky Kabeya and Geraldo Illunga.
