Student Morning Announcements: Monday, October 21, 2019 Day 6
Please stay out of the bus loop! Especially after school--we want to keep everyone safe.
Just a reminder, cell phones should be turned off and either in your locker for the entire day!
Sports Notes:
The 8th grade boys won 7-0 Wednesday night. Goals scored by Tim Cauoette, Haven Savory-Kreis, Sam Scott, Ben Palson, Chase Doucette, Miles Wetzel, and Noah Blanchette. Assists to Haven Savory-Kreis, Che-Hao Saito, Tim Cauoette, George Aldrich, and three for Cole Bisson. Miles Wetzel, Noah Blanchette, and Brady Hulsey all had excellent games.
Tonight’s sports:
No games tonights, practices are on as usual.
If you are traveling for sports, be sure to double check with the bus driver; there will be lots of busses this afternoon.
This morning we will be having a full school assembly in preparation for Mahoney’s 2nd annual Blood Drive in honor of a former Mahoney student, Jacob Brown. Students and staff will be called down to the auditorium after the announcements.
MUSIC
Attention musicians--it’s time for Training Jazz Band! We will start rehearsals THIS Thursday morning October 17th. See Mrs. Barry for details and to sign up.
Performance Jazz will rehearse Friday morning.
All groups, please remember to sign in to homeroom first on morning rehearsal days!
A reminder to all 7th and 8th honors band and chorus musicians--auditions are Wednesday October 30th. Continue to practice and focus on your materials. Attending as many practices as possible is necessary. Good luck!
