Happy Pi Day!
Students, are you missing some PE clothes? Ms. Coombs and Mr. Fluet report that there are lots of shorts and t-shirts in the pile outside of the PE office. Any left by the end of the week will be donated to Goodwill.
Today we have Intervention Workshop for 7th and 8th grades. Ask your teachers if you would like/need to be drafted!
SPORTS
All 6th, 7th and 8th graders played tennis in the fall, please head to outside the auditorium for your yearbook picture.
Swim Meet News:
Swim Team pictures are Tuesday, March 15th at the S.P. pool beginning at approximately 3:00. Be srue to have your completed order form ready to give to the photographer if you want a team picture.
The Mahoney Indoor track team had another strong showing at last Saturday’s meet vs. Gorham and Moore. The girls came in second and swept all three relays. Individual event winners for the girls were Maddie Drolet, Annie von Seggern (2), Eliese Perron, Evelyn Selser and Eva Tedford. Individual event winners for the boys were Nick Boudreau (2), Anthony Nixon, Liam Piper, Joey Perron, Frank Tierney and Bram Backman.
Today is Intervention workshop for grades 7 and 8. Students be sure to check in with your teachers if you think you might benefit from some extra support!
MUSIC NOTES:
The instrument repair man will be here today at 1:00 p.m. Make sure your instrument is in 201 before then!
Beginner Band will meet today at 2:!5 in room 201.

All Mahoney Community members are invited to the annual Jazz Night Concert tomorrow night in the SPHS Cafeteria. The show features all jazz groups in South Portland, including our State Champion HS Jazz Ensemble. We start at 6:30 p.m.!
