The South Portland Middle School Red Riots Robotics Team represented South Portland well at the Maine First Lego League State Competition in Augusta on Saturday. The team received praise for their innovative project presentation and for their team work in the teamwork challenge. In addition, they finished 7th out of 60 teams in the robot challenge and they received the second place programming trophy.
Congratulations to Simon Bourque, Jada Briley, Lucas Lefebvre, Drew Lewis, Ryan O'Hare, Ben Teague and Harry Weisenburger.

Performance Jazz meets Tuesday and Friday morning this week.
Training Jazz meets Thursday morning this week.
All 6th graders who helped Mrs. Barry after lunch on Friday are asked to stop by 201 today.
