PARENT NOTES:
Ski Club: The first ski club outing is tomorrow (Tuesday, January, 8). The bus will leave Mahoney as close to 3:00 as possible and return approximately 9:15 that evening. When dropping off equipment tomorrow morning we are using Room 12 as our storage room for the day; the ramp entrance will be unlocked during drop-off to make it easier to bring belongings to Room 12.
Yearbook: A reminder to yearbook staff twice a week meetings will start this week. Yearbook staff will meet Tuesday and Wednesday this week.

Brown Elementary has asked us to remind students to not come on school grounds as they leave Mahoney in the afternoon. There is a lot of activity as the elementary students are dismissed and the adults are helping the younger students hop on the right bus or make their way to their parents. Thank you for reinforcing this with your student.

There will be IW for grades 7 and 8 this afternoon.
The first ski club outing will be tomorrow afternoon. Bring all of your equipment to Room 12 tomorrow morning when you arrive to school. Be sure to bring plenty of warm clothes for the evening of skiing.
A reminder to yearbook staff twice a week meetings will start this week. Yearbook staff will meet Tuesday and Wednesday this week.
Homework Club runs today and will run from 3:00-4:00 on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Homework club is an opportunity for students to stay after school and complete homework or study in a quiet and safe setting.. Each day there will be at least one adult to supervise and support students. Please note that only students who plan on using this time productively are welcome.
