Boys Basketball @ Lincoln. 2:55 bus. 7th grade at 3:30 and 8th grade at 4:30.
Girls Basketball Home. 7th grade at 3:45 and 8th grade at 4:45.
Things to remember regarding Basketball:
- Mahoney Basketball is open to 7th and 8th graders. Tryouts/Practices will begin on Tuesday November 12. All teams can expect to have tryouts; final signup numbers will dictate whether tryouts will occur.
- Students will need to fill out the electronic paper work on RankOne (website can be accessed here). It only needs to be completed once a school year.
- Students also need to have a valid physical on file at Mahoney (the physical is valid for two years).
- To continue to be eligible for athletics students need to maintain a 2.5 HOW average in all three HOW categories. Mr. Ouellet runs reports on Monday mornings; students and parents will be contacted if there is a concern of eligibility.
- Sport schedules can be accessed here. Parents can sign up for text/email alerts on the schedule page to be automatically notified with changes in games and practices.

The cafeteria is open for breakfast everyday until 8:25. Please know that only those that are eating breakfast should be in the cafeteria at this time.

Drama Club will meet today after school.
Do you enjoy Kpop? Well, if you do then this is the club for you! The club will meet in the cafeteria every Friday from 2:45 to 3:30! We will share our favorite songs, artists, and more! We start this Friday! Come sign up in the office!
Please stay out of the bus loop! Especially after school--we want to keep everyone safe.
Just a reminder, cell phones should be turned off and either in your locker for the entire day!

Ms. Gartley is looking for students who would like to volunteer to lead game sessions during workshop the week before winter break. Games include Dungeons & Dragons, Honey Heist, Plague Inc, Boss Monster, and others. Come talk to Ms. Gartley in the library if you think you’d make a good Dungeon Master.
