Movement: Field is open!
The results are in for the Book Review Challenge! Ms. Brown’s group, representing Bulgaria, took the gold, followed by Ms. Woodbury and Ms. Broda’s teams. Nine Bevins earned extra points for Ms. LeFebvre’s class for their high quality book reviews.
The current standings in the Reading Olympics have Mr. Heffernan’s team in first place. Many teams are close behind, so it will all come down to the door decorating. Door decorations will be judged on March 24th and 25th so there is still plenty of time to create an amazing door that represent your country.

Today is a self-drafting band day–email Mrs. Barry! Tomorrow is 8th Grade Band.

Jazz Band will rehearse this week on Tuesday and Thursday for all members. We start at 7:45. New members are always welcome!
Color Guard–what’s color guard?! If you’ve ever been to a parade, you know what color guard is–those people in the front of the band performing choreographed moves and flag work that coordinates with the music! And Mahoney is working to bring it back! If this sounds interesting to you, see Mrs. Barry in Room 203 today! This group is open to any 6th, 7th or 8th grader.
