For Parents/Guardians:
Please go through your student’s first day packet and fill out and return the necessary forms by Friday 9/9! THANK YOU!
The 8th grade is in need of chaperones and food for the first dance of the year!
Friday, Sept. 16 6-8 p.m. (parents arrive about 5:55, snack table volunteers around 5:55)
Need chaperones for the dance, people to man the snack table, and people to provide snacks, drinks, cups, and napkins.
Parents from all grade levels welcomed!

Student Morning Announcements:
Students, the Boys and Girls Club is closed until 9/12….Please plan for after school accordingly.
Students, our first dance of the year will be held on Friday September 16, 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. in the gym. We hope to see everyone there for this fun event!
Back to School Reminders:
School starts at 7:55
Doors open for breakfast at 7:35 and dismissal is at 2:15
Students, do not visit Brown until 3:15
Music:
*All band students will need their instruments with them, home for the weekend, to work on their first assignment.
*Any Performance or Spring Jazz member from last year is invited to a reading session of new music on Tuesday, September 13th at the usual "jazz time"--please arrive by 7 a.m. and we play at 7:15 in the auditorium! This is not part of an audition.
Sports:
Fall sport sign ups are outside the Main Office. If you want to play a sport you must have a valid physical and contract turned into the office.
All practices will begin on Monday, you must have turned in your contract and have a valid physical to participate.
For those signed up for 8th grade Field Hockey, there will be a meeting after school in room 111 today.
