8th grade baseball and softball will travel to Windham for games this afternoon; the bus will leave at 3:00.
7th grade baseball will have a game here at Mahoney at 3:45
7th grade softball will have practice at Wainwright.
SOPO Ultimate has a home game at Wainwright tomorrow (Saturday) at 10am.

Performance Jazz rehearses Friday morning for all members.
The first full marching practice for all 6th, 7th and 8th band members and color guard is this morning. Section leaders please report at 9:20, all others wait until 9:30. See you there!
Sports Eligibility: Students must maintain a 2.5 HOW score, have an up to date physical on file and have signed up electronically through RankOne sports management. The website can be found here (https://southportland.rankonesport.com/New/Home.aspx).
Brown Elementary has asked us to remind students to not come on school grounds as they leave Mahoney in the afternoon. There is a lot of activity as the elementary students are dismissed and the adults are helping the younger students hop on the right bus or make their way to their parents. Thank you for reinforcing this with your student.
Homework Club runs from 3:00-4:00 on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Homework club is an opportunity for students to stay after school and complete homework or study in a quiet and safe setting.. Each day there will be at least one adult to supervise and support students. Please note that only students who plan on using this time productively are welcome.
The cafeteria is open for breakfast everyday until 8:25. Please know that only those that are eating breakfast should be in the cafeteria at this time.

Mahoney's Environmental Club is called the Green Team, we meet on Tuesday afternoons, right after school in room 108, Mrs. Pitt's room.

Just a reminder of some of the basic school rules--Please be Polite, Prompt, Productive, Prepared and Positive, and please no hats, no hoods, no phones. iPads should be used as directed by teachers. It is great to have you back! Want to head somewhere during period 7? Students must provide a pass to their teacher before heading out of their workshop classroom. Thank you!
