Today students are invited to practice and learn about coding in rooms 207 and 209. If you have a few minutes of free time ask your teachers for a pass. See posters in the hallways for details.
Sports Notes
There will be no basketball practices this afternoon (Friday, 12/8) due to the school dance
Any student who wants to ride the van to the Boys and Girls club needs to pick up a form in the Main office.
Homework Club will start Monday and run from 3:00-4:00 on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Homework club is an opportunity for students to stay after school and complete homework or study in a quiet and safe setting.. Each day there will be at least one adult to supervise and support students. Please note that only students who plan on using this time productively are welcome.
The cafeteria is open for breakfast everyday 8:10-8:25. Please know that only those that are eating breakfast should be in the cafeteria at this time. Would you like to set up a lunch account for your student? Do you know what the balance is on your student’s account? Head to myschoolbucks.com to take care of this!

The PTA will be giving the girls bathroom a face lift during winter break...Please write down any thoughts, ideas, or quotes for them and drop them off in the office…...anything that will send a positive message.

There are no basketball practices this afternoon because of the Mahoney dance.
Music:
The instrument repair man will be here every Monday at 1:00 p.m. Please bring them to 201 and make sure you see Mrs. Barry before then.
Concert notices are past due, but still worth credit! Get them in! Our concert is next Thursday, December 14th.
The 8th grade band members who will guest conduct at our concert next week have been selected by the vote of the ensemble members. Please join us in congratulating warm-up conductor Finn O’Connoll and “Le Sabre” conductor Marcella Hesser!
