Mahoney’s lost and found is located right outside the main office right next to the water fountain. There are a bunch of items both on top of and inside the red Mahoney box, if you’re missing something, check it out!
7th Grade Band meets during WINN today
Math Club is for anyone who enjoys math and wants to learn new strategies and improve and/or challenge their math skills. We meet every Monday and Wednesday in room 11.
Jazz Band continues next week--see Mrs. Barry for music and info. We practice Tuesday and Thursday, starting at 7:45!
Students, when you arrive on school grounds after 8:10, please come right into the building. Thank you!
Students, charge your iPads each evening so they are ready for the day.
The Mahoney PTA is sponsoring a fun event right here at Mahoney on Saturday, October 16th from 2-4 and mark it on your calendars. There will be activities, delicious treats and lots of fun!
Our South Portland Red Riot football team has had a fantastic season so far! We have appreciated our elementary and middle school students coming to the games to cheer on the team.
Students attending the football games will be directed to the bleachers to watch the game. Students will not be allowed to congregate under the bleachers or in other areas around the field. We invite students to be active fans of our Red Riot football team cheering them on from the stands.
We ask that elementary and middle school students who attend the game have a parent with them at the games.
Students, have you checked your email lately? Please make sure you know how to access your school email, that you do check it daily--you never know what you might find!
Everyone, this is a reminder about the importance of keeping your mask on, over your mouth and nose while in the building.
You need to be in your Connections room no later than 8:30. We have had too many students coming in late. For many of you, leaving your home 10 minutes earlier and you will be all set!
Sports:
No Middle School Field hockey game today Friday 10/15.
8th grade boys soccer lost 3-2 Wednesday. Jonah Cooke scored and assisted with Casey Corcoran logging an assist and Ben Morin scoring the other goal. Chris Maddocks and Sam Robinson both had excellent games for the defense.
