Good Morning Mahoney students,
As a result of everyone taking time to vote last week for our Farm to School Cook Off, South Portland will be advancing to the finals on May 5th. 10,874 votes were cast!! Thanks to all who voted!!
Any 8th graders that have their SPHS course forms, please bring them to the guidance office as they are due today. Questions? Head to guidance and ask Ms. Brinkman.
Boys Middle School Lacrosse: SoPo Community Center - Logan Doucette and Cooper Mehlhorn - Coaches
- Registration page is on the Community Center page under the youth and teen programs and is closed on April 12th.
- Practices will be Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30-7
- Games will be played on the weekends (game schedule has not been determined yet)
Breakfast and Lunch: We will continue to offer pick up of free breakfast and lunch at each school as we have done throughout the fall. Pick-up of meals is along the side ramp at Mahoney from 9:45-10:30 a.m. or at Brick Hill and Red Bank from 11:30 a.m. -12:15 p.m.
Breakfast: Breakfast Sandwich, fruit, juice and milk
Lunch: Pizza, Tossed Salad, fresh fruit, cookie and milk
Students, please get in the habit of checking your email everyday. You never know what you might find and/or learn!
Gym behavior reminders. While it is hard to not think of running in the gym, please remember the safety rules. And no climbing over the fence when outside please!
Attention all students! Be sure that you have a book to read each day. Starting this third trimester, all afternoon Connections groups will read from at least 2:15-2:30. Reading is a good habit to get into!
Mrs Barry asks band members to please get paper copies of all current band music TODAY. Check the updated stream for a new list of students to stop in to 201. Thank you!
