Movement: Indoor movement
PHONES: Just a reminder that phones should be off and stored away during the school day. The school day begins when you come into Mahoney and ends at 2:45.
Spring is finally here! Students who choose to come onto school grounds before the 8:10 bell are asked to wait outside. Students are not to wait inside the 6th grade entrance. If necessary, students are able to wait in the main entrance foyer. If possible, please plan to arrive at 8:10 so you can come right in!
There seems to be an increase in the amount of perfume/Axe and cologne people are using. Please know that there are some students and staff who have asthma and allergies and strong fragrances can cause issues.
Please be mindful of how much perfume or cologne/Axe you use either at home or here at school.
Adults will kindly and privately ask you to use less, if you are not aware yourself. Perhaps your friends will let you know, as well?
This week we welcome several new students to Mahoney! Thank you for your smiles, your hellos and your invitations to have a new student join you in class or in the cafeteria.
Club Info:
Homework Club is offered on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday each week from 3-4. This is a great place to head after school to get some work done in a quiet place with a helpful adult.

This week’s throwback tech was an iPod, specificially a first generation iPod Shuffle from 2005. 23 people guessed iPod. Three winners were selected; Albert Putnam, Lucy Phillips, and Anjou Whitmore.
